Summary

Join NOCD, the leading telehealth provider for OCD treatment, as a Member Advocate (Intake Specialist)! You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and selling tele-therapy services. Responsibilities include inside sales, appointment coordination, and post-sales support. This is a goal-oriented role in a fast-growing company, requiring strong communication and empathy. No cold calling is involved. The position offers a unique schedule and a positive team environment.

Requirements

  • Be perceived by the patient to be caring, courteous, professional, competent, and able to communicate effectively and with empathy
  • Enhance the reputation of NOCD by creating a positive customer experience, including understanding and articulating the value of NOCD to the OCD community
  • Demonstrate consistent, excellent customer service with both internal and external customers
  • Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal relation skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide an extraordinary customer experience while communicating the services we have to offer
  • Sell tele-therapy services to consumers who contact us via phone, text, and email
  • Complete the intake process to confidently and accurately get them started on the road to treatment
  • Perform inside sales of tele-therapy services
  • Coordinate appointments
  • Register and schedule therapy appointments
  • Provide post-sales support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess empathy-driven relationship building skills
  • Have 1-3 years of inside sales or related experience
  • Be extremely detail-focused and technologically savvy, capable of using multiple software programs at once
  • Be able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, common with start-ups and ever-changing processes
  • Be able to thrive under moderate pressure in a sales environment
