Requirements

• Be a current 2nd or 3rd year law student (as of Fall 2025) at a fully-accredited law school with an interest in social impact-driven companies, AI, data privacy, and/or the practice of law
• Be resourceful, self-driven, curious, and collaborative
• Possess excellent organizational and communication skills
• Possess excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Have a detail-oriented mindset, capable of systems-level thinking
• Be equipped with reliable internet access, including video conferencing capabilities
• Have familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs
• Be mission-driven; inclined to leverage business as a tool for social good

Responsibilities

• Take a primary seat in Sharebite’s cross-functional organization as we continue to formalize our sustainability goals and reporting frameworks, implement impactful and compliance-driven AI solutions across our legal function, and streamline our workflows across the company
• Engage in drafting, review, and implementation of various sustainability policies for Sharebite, as well as commercial agreements and contracts more generally
• Serve as a key legal ops resource, building upon the foundation we’ve created to further optimize, automate, and standardize our contracting procedures and record keeping
• Work cross-functionally to support the varied legal needs of Sharebite’s Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product/Tech, Operations, and other teams as needed
• Gain valuable experience and knowledge in transactional lawyering within a fast-paced, mission-driven startup on track to change the world

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrate interest in transactional law, data privacy, the use of AI/LLMs in legal practice, and sustainability and social impact, through relevant coursework and/or work experience
• Have experience with Salesforce, Ironclad, or other CRM or contract management software products
• Have experience within or exposure to fintech, SaaS, or tech startups more generally
• Have prior work experience in a fast-paced and/or remote work environment
