Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal and/or legal operations professional
  • Prior experience at a high-growth private company
  • Proven success in supporting e-billing and/or contract administration
  • Experience with eBilling from vendor setup to payment processing, acting as liaison between Legal and Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and monitoring of vendor spend
  • Prior experience with program management with project plans, task tracking, meetings, presentations, training, and requirements gathering
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a resilient, results-driven mindset
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to navigate challenges effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Legal Operations team administrator for organizational, administrative, clerical, or overflow support
  • Support program management in process workflow designs, updating project plans, monitoring due dates/task completion, scheduling meetings, presentation preparation, training development, and requirements gathering
  • Provide contract administration and contract lifecycle management, including clean-up of legacy files, ensuring accurate metadata, and supporting Fivetran team members in locating contracts or terms
  • Support eBilling activities from vendor setup to acting as a liaison between Legal and Accounting for timely payment processing and accurate reporting of Legal's vendor spend
