Summary

Requirements

  • Hold a valid LLQP license
  • Have 1 to 4 years of experience in the insurance or related industry
  • Possess a sales oriented mindset with a proven track record of top performance, and consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Have the ability to dissect and communicate complex concepts to our customers
  • Have the desire to work as a team and share actionable feedback that will guide operational and strategic improvements
  • Show enthusiasm for talking to people, over the phone, by email or by text
  • Be a natural conversationalist who keeps the conversation flowing and is a pleasure for our clients to speak to!
  • Possess lots of empathy, especially when it comes to speaking about health conditions or private financial situations
  • Be a self-starter who can take ambiguity from customers and their team, and produce amazing results
  • Have a desire to grow and strive to be better every single day and have a growth mindset
  • Be willing to understand and live PolicyMe’s core values when it comes to advice on what a customer needs and what products are best suited to meet those needs

Responsibilities

  • Become a life, critical illness and health & dental insurance product guru through both independent and remote training
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers via phone
  • Address customer questions on their needs, specific insurance products (Life, Health and Dental, CI), or the process of getting insured
  • Practice consultative sales techniques to ensure that we are pairing customers up with the most appropriate products for their unique needs
  • Work closely with sales teammates and team leads to solve complex client problems
  • Ensure prospective customers receive unparalleled service
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound applicants in Hubspot
  • Maintain ownership over your client pipeline and keep clients updated

Preferred Qualifications

  • Be bilingual in French
  • Hold a Quebec Life Insurance License
