This position requires a Bachelor's degree, 15+ years of experience in finance, strategy, or investment banking within the technology industry, and proven leadership in corporate planning and growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree required
- Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, strategy, or investment banking. Technology industry required
- Proven leadership experience in corporate planning and growth initiatives
- Strong ability to assess strategic initiatives, challenge initiative owners constructively, and drive execution feasibility
- Exceptional influencing skills, with the ability to shape strategic direction across functions without direct authority
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Deep analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Responsibilities
- Define and drive corporate strategy by shaping the companyโs mission, vision, and long-term objectives
- Lead the corporate planning function, establishing a matrixed team of workstream leads to drive alignment between strategy and execution
- Oversee financial and business performance analysis, ensuring data-driven decision-making and setting clear KPIs to track progress
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives, providing thought leadership and constructive challenge to optimize business initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting operational excellence and efficiency across the organization
- Act as a key thought partner to the CSO, contributing insights on business, technology, and operational strategy
