Requirements

  • Have a Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Linguistics or a related field, or 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Have native proficiency in Spanish
  • Have professional proficiency in English
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Spanish writing conventions and linguistics
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have process and/or project management experience
  • Be detail-oriented and organized
  • Be collaborative and excited to work with an international team (most colleagues will be in Eastern Standard Time or Central European Standard Time)

Responsibilities

  • Support contingent workforce operations
  • Monitor and assess the quality of tools and services and take appropriate action based on findings
  • Develop and continuously improve internal processes and workflows
  • Act as a linguistic consultant for other teams
  • Supervise linguistic data projects
  • Support other linguistic tasks where needed

Preferred Qualifications

Be tech-savvy, with experience in computational linguistics, machine learning, and/or natural language processing
