Summary
Join TLNT as a LinkedIn Content Creator and own the growth of the founder and company brand on LinkedIn. You will create engaging content, develop strategies, and build a strong online presence. Responsibilities include writing 20+ authentic posts per week, developing and repurposing content from various sources, and designing visually appealing assets. You will also manage the LinkedIn growth strategy, build a content calendar, and track key performance indicators. Daily engagement activities include liking, commenting, and connecting with potential clients and influencers. This remote position requires a deep understanding of LinkedIn's content meta and proficiency in design tools like Figma or Canva.
Requirements
- Are a good writer who thinks in scroll-stopping hooks, stories, and insights
- Leverage AI to increase output and efficiency while maintaining authenticity
- Have deep knowledge of LinkedIn’s current content meta (carousels, engagement triggers, timing)
- Understands founder psychology and can channel their voice authentically
- Are fluent in tools like Figma, Canva, or similar
- Thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and are highly self-directed
Responsibilities
- Write 20+ authentic posts/week per profile (carousel, image/tweet-style, short-form, story posts)
- Develop and repurpose the founder’s ideas, voice notes, Slack messages, and interviews into content
- Create and design LinkedIn carousels, quote graphics, GIFs, and branded visuals
- Package insights from team/client wins into shareable assets
- Own the end-to-end LinkedIn growth strategy for the founder and company profiles
- Build a content calendar and engagement roadmap
- Set and track growth goals: impressions, connections, engagement, leads
- Run daily outbound engagement: 50+ likes, 20+ thoughtful comments/day
- Reply to all post comments and inbound DMs on the founder’s behalf
- Connect with ideal clients, collaborators, and influencers
- Manage engagement groups, comment pods, and LinkedIn DMs
- Analyze post performance and refine based on data
- Track content reach, growth metrics, and lead gen tied to LinkedIn
- Coordinate with sales and marketing to align messaging
