Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics, particularly in load coverage, account support, and sales support
- Proficiency in building loads and scheduling with shippers and receivers
- Adept at using logistics software and systems for load management and scheduling. Knowledgeable with CRM Systems
- Experience in updating carrier statuses and escalating any schedule exceptions promptly
- Strong detail orientation and the ability to multitask effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
- Fluent in English with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Answer 60-80+ inbound calls daily from Carriers and Customers with a positive, can-do attitude
- Handle the scheduling of loads with shippers and receivers
- Accurately update and document shipment statuses in the companyβs internal system and escalate issues appropriately
- Contact Carriers to obtain time-sensitive information and update the internal systems promptly
- Monitor the team email queue and fulfill requests in a timely manner, using strong professional communication skills
- Proactively communicate issues to relevant parties for quick and effective resolution
- Show eagerness to learn and expand knowledge of the company and the transportation industry, while being open to new ideas and approaches
- Contribute positively to the team with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Adhere to general and account-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet client needs
- Support EchoDrive, including load booking and fraud prevention activities
- Assist with posting loads and managing load recoveries outside regular business hours
- Provide support for after-hours Carrier Compliance tasks
