Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Loan Officer
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license, in good standing
• Proven ability to manage the loan process from start to finish while maintaining compliance
• Strong understanding of state and federal mortgage lending regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with the mortgage loan process from pre-qualification to closing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
• Act as the Qualified Individual, ensuring that the organization complies with state and federal regulations, including oversight of licensing requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the loan process and offering tailored financial solutions
