Requirements

  • Language Skills: Advanced level of Greek and English – you’ll need to speak and write fluently

Responsibilities

  • Help Our Partners: Take calls and provide initial advice to our B2B partners in Greek and English
  • Provide Updates: Keep our partners informed about ongoing cases and provide regular updates
  • Lend a Hand: Assist other operation teams with communication in Greek
  • Handle Inquiries: Respond to information requests from B2B partners
  • Record Details: Document all your work in our CRM system

Preferred Qualifications

Travel Industry Experience: Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators is an advantage!
