Local Support Specialist

Summary

Join our team as a Local Support Specialist at RateHawk, a fast-growing international travel-tech company! You will provide support to B2B partners in Greek and English, handling inquiries, providing updates, and assisting other teams. Fluency in both languages and the ability to quickly learn and multitask are essential. Experience in the travel industry is a plus. • Language Skills: Advanced level of Greek and English – you’ll need to speak and write fluently

Responsibilities

• Help Our Partners: Take calls and provide initial advice to our B2B partners in Greek and English
• Provide Updates: Keep our partners informed about ongoing cases and provide regular updates
• Lend a Hand: Assist other operation teams with communication in Greek
• Handle Inquiries: Respond to information requests from B2B partners
• Record Details: Document all your work in our CRM system

Preferred Qualifications

Travel Industry Experience: Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators is an advantage!
