Responsibilities

• Lead an international localization subteam of freelance translators working through a third-party platform
• Foster effective communication within the freelancers team and keep them informed of company updates
• Monitor and evaluate freelancers team performance, providing actionable feedback to promote continuous improvement
• Organize team-building initiatives and enhance current activities to strengthen collaboration
• Contribute to the localization management team by participating in quarterly planning discussions and providing constructive feedback
