Summary

Join the NordVPN Localization team and contribute to delivering a seamless localized experience across various platforms, including websites, apps, and support content in over 25 languages. Handle day-to-day translation processes, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Build relationships with translation agencies and copywriters. Map and document localized materials for consistency. Identify and fix linguistic issues. Create and maintain linguistic assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Develop and optimize localization processes. This role requires similar work experience, attention to detail, strong project management skills, and experience with CAT or TMS tools. Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day translation processes for web content and other digital products (Mobile apps, TVC, YouTube videos, retail, etc.)
• Ensure the timely delivery and quality of the translations required by the Product and Marketing teams
• Build long-lasting relationships with translation agencies, native copywriters, and country managers
• Map and document all localized material to ensure translation consistency in terms of style, quality, accuracy, and tone of voice
• Identify and fix linguistic and market-specific issues before launch
• Create and maintain linguistic assets (glossaries, style guides, translation memories, etc.)
• Work cross-functionally with Development, Product, Project Management, Design, CRO, and Marketing teams to successfully launch new campaigns and landing pages
• Develop processes and methodologies to implement, maintain, and optimize the localization process
