This role requires precision, speed, and proactive problem-solving. Responsibilities include reconciling consigned inventory, monitoring warehouse fulfillment issues, overseeing return receipt monitoring, managing inventory transfers and adjustments, optimizing inventory accuracy, generating and analyzing warehouse reports, and supporting monthly submissions of sales volumes. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management, proficiency with NetSuite, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management
- Strong experience with inventory reconciliation, warehouse operations, and reverse logistics
- Proficiency with NetSuite (or similar ERP systems) and experience handling manual inventory transactions
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to chase down outstanding tasks and drive resolutions
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between teams, warehouses, and logistics partners
- Detail-oriented mindset with a knack for data accuracy and reporting
Responsibilities
- Reconcile consigned inventory, manually aligning NetSuite records with warehouse transactions to meet inventory shrinkage goals
- Monitor and process warehouse fulfillment issues, ensuring timely resolutions for inventory discrepancies, order errors, and shipping variances
- Oversee return receipt monitoring, tracking return transactions across multiple systems to guarantee customer refunds within SLA
- Manage manual inventory transfers and adjustments, including inventory movements, work orders, and stock discrepancies in NetSuite
- Optimize inventory accuracy, implementing and refining processes to reduce discrepancies and improve stock visibility across all warehouses
- Generate and analyze key warehouse reports, tracking metrics for inventory levels, open purchase orders, shipments, and exceptions to support continuous improvements
- Support monthly submission of volumes sold per EU Country within EPR Regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with 3PLs and managing warehouse performance
- Familiarity with WEEE reporting and compliance
