Summary

Join Eidos Therapeutics, a BridgeBio Pharma affiliate, as a Logistics Associate in Supply Chain Management. This remote U.S.-based role, requiring occasional San Francisco office visits, involves managing material transfers globally. You will track inventory movements, coordinate with various parties (couriers, CMOs, CPOs, 3PLs), and ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include creating shipping orders, resolving temperature excursions, and supporting product launches. The ideal candidate possesses strong supply chain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts, importation/exportation, and inventory management, and supply planning methodologies in the pharmaceutical industry, 6+ years preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to execute supplier communication, purchase orders, track production & material/inventory movement, and collaborate with suppliers to meet promised delivery dates
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and with CMOs / CPOs / 3PLs
  • Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (SAP strongly preferred)
  • Experience working with Third Party Logistics Providers
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
  • 5+ years w/o a degree, or less with a relevant degree

Responsibilities

  • Material Transfers Create shipping orders with couriers for transferring material/inventory
  • Responsible for tracking material/inventory movements for suppliers of global product and US market product
  • Coordinate with couriers, import/export management, and internal project management
  • Track shipping KPIs – On-Time Pickup and Delivery, Shipping costs
  • Resolve temperature excursions in accordance with established SOPs
  • Updates to internal trackers as necessary
  • Third-Party Logistics Management (Global) Coordinate the movement of finished goods to the 3PL storage facility and ensure proper receipt and storage
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Commercial Teams to provide timely updates and escalations on incoming Finished Goods inventory
  • Recognize the criticality of receiving inventory at the 3PL in accordance with the supply plan, and understand the potential implications of any delays
  • Provide support for return / recall / expired processes, including coordination of reverse logistics
  • Product launch readiness / Product changes Responsible for supporting supply chain launch readiness initiatives
  • Work closely alongside the Global Supply Chain Planner and the Supply Chain Leads to ensure proper execution of the ramp-up supply plan
  • Develop the initial Purchase Requisitions and Shipping Orders for new products/jurisdictions
