Summary

Join Charger Logistics, a world-class asset-based carrier, as we seek to develop the next generation of logistics leaders. This role focuses on sourcing, qualifying, and managing new carriers, building relationships, matching capacity with needs, and negotiating rates and contracts. You will be responsible for maximizing carrier relationships, reducing costs, improving service, and increasing capacity. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, brokerage
  • Experience working with clients and similar roles
  • Experience working in a TMS and/or CRM
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; must have the ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively via email, phone, and during face to face meetings
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to exercise judgment and discretion and function independently, within authorized limits

Responsibilities

  • Provide a comprehensive introduction to the product or service to the new customers
  • Guide customers through the setup process for a product or service
  • Answer any questions the customer may have about the product, service, or company
  • Provide training and demonstrations to the customer to ensure they understand how to use the product or service
  • Keep track of customer progress and follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to provide seamless transition for customers
  • Identify potential problems and escalate them to the relevant teams
  • Gather feedback from customers to help improve the onboarding process
  • Document customer interactions and experiences to aid in customer success strategy development
  • Assist in product development by providing customer feedback to the product team

Preferred Qualifications

Preferably in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management
