Logistics Planning & Operations Executive

Summary

Join Bosch's APAC Logistics Service Hub team as an intern and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment. This 6-month internship focuses on supporting remote planning and logistics management services for Bosch entities in Japan. You will monitor shipments, maintain data in SAP and other systems, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, prepare reports, and potentially contribute to process improvement initiatives. The role requires proficiency in English and Japanese, strong Excel skills, and a commitment to a respectful work environment. Requirements

• Third/Final year student, entitled as full-time student during the 6-month internship
• Proficient in English and Japanese (JLPT N3 as minimum. N2 and above is preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication/problem-solving/time management skills
• Continuous learning attitude

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control shipments, deliveries and inventory of material to meet customers’ demand
• Input and maintain master/transactional data on SAP and other planning/logistics management systems
• Emails and online meetings with internal customers in Japan, as well as internal/external suppliers around the globe
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly reports of delivery/inventory performance; Remote stock-taking support for internal customers
• Improve productivity by eliminating non-value-adding tasks, unifying working standards, and task automation
• Other Planning & Logistics Management related tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in other digitalization tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power Platform) is preferred
• Knowledge/experience with ERP systems (SAP) is preferred
