Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during program implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage work collaboratively within a team and independently when require
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and relationship building
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and tools
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Asana, and Google Suite)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation services
  • Schedule daily truck routes and ensure adherence to delivery timelines
  • Address and resolve day-to-day transportation issues to maintain smooth operations
  • Assist with the development of comprehensive program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage inventory controls and consumables planning for all warehouses, maintaining optimal stock levels
  • Assist in creating SOP’s, guidelines, and other documentation
  • Hold warehouse teams accountable for accurate stock levels and inventory management
  • Partner with key stakeholders within the organization to support various project goals, objectives, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with regional managers to ensure seamless execution of deliverables in a timely manner
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors
  • Develop and implement peak planning strategies to handle high-demand periods effectively
  • Use data-driven insights to suggest areas of improvement and optimization
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to peak requirements and impact
  • Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders
