Luxury Travel Consultant

Summary

Join Ten, an award-winning travel and leisure company, as a Luxury Travel Consultant! This hybrid/remote role offers work-life balance and the chance to plan luxury journeys for high-net-worth members. You will design bespoke travel itineraries, handle bookings, and provide exceptional customer service in English and Arabic. The ideal candidate possesses several years of experience in the travel industry, fluency in English and Arabic, GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus), and a passion for luxury travel. Requirements

• Currently reside and have the correct visa rights to live and work in the UAE
• Fluency in English and native Arabic is required. Excellent written & oral communication is a MUST
• Have completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism
• Have several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator, or in a travel agency
• Have GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
• Are available on a full-time basis (40hrs per week)
• Flexibility: ability to work a 5-day work week between the hours of 17:00PM - 2:00 AM Dubai time from Monday - Sunday

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the phone, chat, and by email in English and Arabic
• Design individual trips (flights, hotels, villas, rental cars, railways, round trips, package deals, cruises, private jets, yachts, transfers, and VIP service) for premium cardholders, considering all customer needs
• Prepare tailor-made offers and travel documents, prepare travel programs, obtain visas, and handle administrative processing
• Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
• Actively cross-sell lifestyle services for travel inquiries, promotions, and exclusive events
• Conduct research and put together proposals
• Maintain up-to-date records for members
• Represent TEN, tell the story, and promote the concierge value
• Build rapport with members

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of other languages is a benefit
• Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture
• Are service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
• Have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values
• Have strong communication skills
