You will design bespoke travel itineraries, handle bookings, and provide exceptional customer service in English and Arabic. The ideal candidate possesses several years of experience in the travel industry, fluency in English and Arabic, GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus), and a passion for luxury travel. Requirements

• Currently reside and have the correct visa rights to live and work in the UAE
• Fluency in English and native Arabic
• Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in tourism
• Several years of professional experience in the travel industry
• GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
• Flexibility to work a 5-day work week between 17:00 PM - 2:00 AM Dubai time, Monday-Sunday

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the phone, chat, and by email in English and Arabic
• Design individual trips (flights, hotels, villas, rental cars, railways, round trips, package deals, cruises, private jets, yachts, transfers, and VIP service) for premium cardholders
• Prepare tailor-made offers and travel documents, prepare travel programs, obtain visas and administrative processing
• Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
• Actively cross-sell lifestyle services for travel inquiries
• Conduct research and put together proposals
• Maintain up-to-date records for members
• Represent TEN, tell the story and promote our concierge value
• Build rapport with members

• Knowledge of other languages
• Strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture
• Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
