Travel Consultant

Join Ten Group, a global leader in lifestyle and travel services, as a German-speaking Travel Consultant! Based in Sao Paulo (hybrid) or fully remote in Brazil, you will advise premium cardholders on luxury travel arrangements. Responsibilities include processing customer requests, making reservations, creating itineraries, and actively selling promotions. Requirements

• Have completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in tourism
• Have several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator, or a travel agency
• Have good language skills in German and English (written and spoken)
• Have a strong passion for travel and luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture
• Be service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
• Have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values
• Have strong communication skills

• Be available on a full-time basis
• Ability to work shifts and weekends (40-hour work week with day/evening shifts; shifts are either Tuesday-Saturday/Sunday-Thursday)

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the phone and by email in German and English
• Process customer requests from offer preparation to billing, including restaurant/club reservations, gift organization, tickets, spa/fitness, yacht, flowers, transport, and sightseeing
• Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
• Prepare tailor-made offers and travel documents, create itineraries, obtain visas, and handle administrative processing
• Mediate with passion
• Actively sell promotions and exclusive events

Preferred Qualifications

Additional EU language skills are beneficial
