Summary

Join Bainbridge, a leading financial services firm, as an M&A Advisor. This remote, flexible role, suitable for experienced RIAs and IARs, offers uncapped earning potential ($200,000-$450,000+). You will manage the M&A deal process, conduct client outreach, and build strong relationships. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and appropriate FINRA licensing. It's commission-based with performance-based bonuses. This is not an asset management or product sales role; it's a client-facing opportunity to work directly with business owners and PE firms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field
  • 5 years minimum experience as a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Investment Advisor Representative (IAR), or a client-facing financial advisory role
  • Series 65 and/or appropriate FINRA licensing active and in good standing
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with business owners, executives, or high-net-worth individuals
  • Strong communication and consultative sales skills confident leading a complex strategic conversations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage a relationship pipeline
  • High ethical standards and commitment to client-centered service

Responsibilities

  • Manage the M&A deal process from initial outreach to deal closure, with an emphasis on qualitative data, analysis, and relationship building
  • Conduct outreach to prospective acquisition clients utilizing omni-channel marketing system
  • Ensure timely communication and updates with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough due diligence including a solid understanding of EBITDA and company valuations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a keen understanding of their industries, needs and objectives
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to deal flow, client engagement, and revenue generation to ensure individual and team success
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to facilitate deal execution and integrate insights from various industry sectors
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems to track deal flow, client interactions, and performance metrics
  • Minimal travel may be required for conference attendance, client meetings and company events
