Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or a related field, with a strong track record in M&A transactions
  • Proven ability to lead and manage deal teams, ensuring successful deal execution
  • In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and transaction structuring
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • A passion for the M&A field and a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Responsibilities

  • Lead Deal Origination and Evaluation: Develop and implement strategies to source and identify compelling acquisition targets aligned with our company's growth objectives. Conduct in-depth due diligence on potential targets, including financial, tax, legal, tech, and commercial analysis. Lead the development of comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses to assess deal synergies and financial viability. Present compelling investment theses and recommendations to senior management
  • Drive Deal Execution: Manage deal teams, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to deadlines. Negotiate key transaction terms, including deal structure, valuation, and financing. Lead the preparation of transaction documents and collaborate closely with legal and other advisors
  • Mentorship and Team Leadership: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating complex financial information
