Responsibilities

• Handle the paperwork and ensure everything's on point for both domestic and international mail
• Load up postal trucks like a pro, keeping deliveries on the move!
• Keep the mailroom stocked and ready by ordering supplies and equipment for various delivery methods
• Administer delivery surveys like a boss and maintain stellar communication with partners like UPS, USPS, and SmartMail—whether by phone or face-to-face
• Run mail reports with precision—whether it’s for Standard A, Kewill, MMS, EDS, UPS, or Clippership, you’ve got it covered
• Keep things accurate by auditing bags and scales and teaming up with management to fix any delivery hiccups
• Retrieve and sort parcels from boxing stations, ensuring everything’s ready to go on time
• Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) for LTL and FTL shipments, and schedule those all-important pick-ups
• Prep paperwork and shipments for big projects with DHL, Pitney Bowes, and more!
• Handle those extra shipments with ease, using FedEx, USPS, and Stamps.com like a shipping pro

Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00 + $1.75 Shift Differential
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6 PM - 6 AM
