Management Accountant

Summary

Join Pavago's team as a Management Accountant and take charge of setting up and managing the company's financial systems. You will be responsible for tasks such as invoicing, reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. Experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar financial role is required. Familiarity with Zoho Books is mandatory, while experience with small companies or startups is a plus. A typical day involves managing financial transactions, preparing invoices, and collaborating with team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar financial role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle financial tasks efficiently
• Zoho Books (mandatory)
• Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.)
• Zoom, WhatsApp, Loom

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage financial systems using Zoho Books
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, track outstanding payments, and follow up on receivables
• Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable, and ensure all payments are made on time
• Generate financial reports, analyze key metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Work closely with team members and clients to streamline financial operations and provide necessary insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in small companies or startups is a plus
• QuickBooks/Xero (optional)
