Summary
Join Campus as a fully remote Teaching Assistant (TA) and contribute to our mission of maximizing access to world-class education. You will support 25-30 students in an online Associate of Arts in Business Administration program, acting as a teacher, mentor, and coach. Responsibilities include attending lectures, leading discussion sections, holding office hours, and grading assignments. The role requires teaching or tutoring experience in a college-level business or general education course and a bachelor's degree or being a third-year undergraduate student. Compensation is $2,000 per discussion section, with opportunities for additional sections and professional development. The time commitment is 8-10 hours per week for an 11-week quarter.
Requirements
- Teaching or tutoring experience in a college-level Business course or General Education (Math, English, Science) course
- Bachelorβs degree or current undergraduate student in their third year or above
Responsibilities
- Attend evening (held between 6pm and 10pm ET) lecture twice per week (70 minutes/class)
- Lead an evening (held between 6pm and 10pm ET) discussion section once per week (45 minutes/class)
- Host 1-hour of office hours per week
- Grading for 25-30 students per 4-credit discussion section

Benefits
- Compensation: The salary for Campus Network Teaching Assistants is $2,000 per each discussion section of 30 students taught. Teaching Assistants may have the opportunity to support up to (3) discussion sections per course, for a total of $6,000 per quarter
