Summary

Join Atomi's Sales and School Partnerships team and introduce Atomi to schools globally. This entry to mid-level sales role is ideal for those driven by learning, growth, or financial goals. You will be the first point of contact for new schools, guiding them from initial conversations to becoming engaged customers. The role involves building relationships, making strategic calls, delivering product demonstrations, and accurately documenting key details. You will work towards pipeline and activity goals while enjoying flexibility in your approach. Collaboration with other teams to ensure a positive onboarding experience is also crucial.

Requirements

  • Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great time management and self-motivation
  • Ability to think critically and clearly explain your reasoning
  • Experience in one or more of these areas: teaching, edtech, recruitment, or entry-level sales
  • A track record of understanding customer needs and finding ways to meet them

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key contacts in schools, understanding their needs and connecting them to the right Atomi solutions
  • Make strategic calls and send personalised emails to generate and nurture opportunities
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations (virtual and on-site) to show schools how Atomi can help their teachers and students thrive
  • Accurately document key details, including use cases, timelines and next steps
  • Work towards pipeline and activity goals (around 30 strategic calls a day) while having the freedom to plan your own approach when targets are met
  • Partner with other teams to ensure schools have a great onboarding experience and stay engaged with Atomi
  • Collaborate with a team that’s open, supportive and driven -- with plenty of exposure to experienced leaders

Preferred Qualifications

While all candidates will be considered, there's a slight preference for Sydney or Victoria-based candidates
