Responsibilities

• Learn about various People & Culture functions
• Work with senior management (Head of People & Culture and Chief People & Culture Officer)
• Organize and manage internal and external People & Culture related events
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing task priorities
• Communicate with other departments including C-levels
• Create People & Culture strategies to support Insider's growth
