Requirements

• You are a strong technologist with 7+ years in IT Systems, Identity and Entitlement Management, Integrations Platforms, or Technology Tools and Services, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have a proven ability to manage and lead high-performing teams in a dynamic environment, with a focus on employee engagement and professional growth
• You have outstanding communication skills and the ability to lead with empathy

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long-term vision and actionable short-term plans for Technology Shared Services
• Establish and lead a cohesive Technology Shared Services function with clear performance metrics and KPIs
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and offered tools, technologies, and services
• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Own continual service improvements and ongoing process maturity through regular reviews of the process and tools, trend analysis, metrics reporting, and regular engagement with stakeholders
• Build and manage relationships with vendors for tools and services supporting Technology Shared Services
• Foster strong relationships across technology and business departments to understand and address user needs
