Requirements

• A systems thinker who can zoom out to spot inefficiencies and zoom in to fix them
• Comfortable in high-growth, fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Obsessed with operational excellence, but people-first in how you lead
• Comfortable with tools and data, and great at communicating complex ideas simply
• Experienced in people management of teams of 2+

Responsibilities

• Find the leverage points - Use data, intuition, and input from every corner of the business to surface high-impact opportunities
• Fix what’s broken (and make it better). Map, analyze, and improve operational workflows with an eye toward scalability and speed
• Build smarter systems. Partner with Product, Clinical, and Engineering to evolve the tools and tech stack our teams rely on every day
• Make metrics matter. Create dashboards, define KPIs, and tell compelling stories with data
• Lead cross-functional projects. Align stakeholders, set timelines, and deliver on complex initiatives with company-wide visibility
• Codify what works. Develop repeatable playbooks and best practices that make future projects faster and smoother
