Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, client-facing platforms, or tools serving multiple personas
  • Strong customer empathy and ability to translate client needs into requirements and features
  • Full lifecycle product leadership experience, focusing on product-market fit, usability, and adoption
  • Experience with dashboards, self-service tooling, and workflow platforms
  • AI curiosity and experience exploring or shipping AI-powered features
  • Data-informed decision-making skills, leveraging research and analytics
  • Product-led growth mindset, able to improve user onboarding and engagement
  • Clear product vision and communication skills, aligning roadmaps with business goals
  • Collaborative cross-functional skills, especially with engineering, design, ops, and product marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and evolving client needs
  • Translate client needs into clear requirements, user stories, and features
  • Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery to iteration
  • Build and maintain dashboards, self-service tooling, and workflow platforms
  • Explore and implement AI-powered features thoughtfully
  • Make data-informed decisions using research, analytics, and experimentation
  • Identify and leverage levers to improve user onboarding, engagement, and product usage
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, operations, and product marketing teams
