Summary

Join Uberall as a Data Operations Manager and lead a team of operations professionals, driving operational excellence across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing operational strategies, improving processes, managing resources, and ensuring quality assurance. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience managing teams in an operational environment and excels at enhancing efficiency and managing high-volume tasks. You will need strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft 365, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years managing teams in an operational environment, with a strong track record in handling high-volume tasks at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams while managing day-to-day operations effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
  • High proficiency in Google Suite (especially Sheets and Slides) and/or Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel), as well as experience with Slack, calendar tools, and email. Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across teams and geographies
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of operations professionals by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster high performance, professional development, and strong employee engagement
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the team’s operational strategy. Implement policies and procedures designed to optimize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and streamlined workflows to drive operational excellence and maximize resource utilization
  • Plan and allocate resources to meet operational targets effectively, including workforce scheduling, workload distribution, and capacity planning
  • Establish clear performance objectives, track key performance metrics, and provide regular feedback to team members. Address any performance gaps proactively
  • Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure accuracy, adherence to standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Create and maintain regular operational reports. Analyze data to uncover trends, identify bottlenecks, and pinpoint areas for improvement, presenting insights to senior management
