Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in direct marketing, field marketing, or offline marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Demonstrated success planning and executing offline marketing campaigns, including events, activations, and partnerships
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes (e.g., leads, signups, or revenue) through face-to-face marketing
  • Strong knowledge of consumer behavior in key markets and how to design locally relevant activations
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives and teams simultaneously
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams and representing the brand externally

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of direct marketing campaigns across all our active markets, focusing on activations that drive awareness and customer acquisition
  • Manage the direct marketing team to ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and to expected standards
  • Develop and manage a calendar of high-impact offline marketing events, activations, and partnerships aligned with business goals
  • Use performance data and field insights to refine direct marketing strategies and improve ROI
  • Ensure all brand touchpoints in direct marketing channels are consistent, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice
  • Identify and explore new opportunities for on-ground engagement, partnerships, and brand presence
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, and other brand teams to ensure alignment between offline and digital campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze campaign results using relevant KPIs to inform future efforts and team performance
