Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Client Services, you will lead a team of Account Managers, ensuring top-tier customer service and driving revenue growth. Leverage your RTB/Programmatic media buying expertise to optimize campaigns and develop innovative solutions. This remote-first position prioritizes candidates on the East Coast, USA. You will be responsible for team leadership, client relationship management, revenue target achievement, and contributing to product strategy. Requirements

  • Extensive media experience and programmatic knowledge
  • Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network)
  • Experience working with enterprise-level customers across brands and agencies
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team
  • Willingness to lead from the front, with a proven ability to inspire and energize teams
  • Established track record of overcoming challenges, driving solutions, and making data-driven decisions
  • Ability to foster a culture of trust, transparency, collaboration, and accountability
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, planning, and execution in the programmatic space
  • Proactive and creative problem-solver with the ability to work in a growing and fast-paced environment
  • Detail and process-oriented thinker with superior organizational and time management skills
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and assisting in growing revenue
  • Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and demonstrate contribution and adoption of the solutions you design
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of AMs, ensuring all members understand company objectives and work collaboratively to achieve them
  • Proactively work with Brands, Agencies, and Holding Companies to plan and scale business for high growth and optimal performance
  • Track, monitor, and evaluate quarterly revenue targets for each AM, focusing on account retention and growth
  • Coach AMs to create strategic plans, capitalize on opportunities, and provide support for large/high-potential accounts
  • Help own the client support structure and portfolio product needs, translating client needs into product strategy
  • Identify opportunities to increase team efficiency through tools, procedures, processes, or team education
  • Hire new AMs and contribute to developing training materials for onboarding
  • Work with other department leads, representing Client Services, sharing feedback, and providing solutions
  • Prioritize development of each direct report by creating and implementing individualized growth plans
  • Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of accounts
  • Provide in-depth client consultation on StackAdapt DSP, including campaign setup, performance insights, optimization strategies, and new growth opportunities to meet KPIs
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training/education
  • Travel as necessary
