Summary

The Manager, Inventory Control & Data Management is responsible for inventory control, resolving discrepancies, and implementing an integrity and accuracy audit program. They manage key inventory metrics, oversee Product Master Data Governance, and support mid to long range inventory projection and analysis. The role requires 5+ years of inventory experience or a related field, proficiency with Excel, strong analytical and communication skills, project management skills, a metrics-driven mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of inventory experience or related field
• Experience with developing or improving inventory management, or warehouse management systems and processes
• Proficiency with Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong project management and continuous improvement skills
• Metrics driven mindset
• Must be detailed oriented
• Effective communicator and leader for cross-functional teams and executive leadership
• Advanced organization and time management skills
• Ability to work both individually and collaboratively
• Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Responsibilities

• Manage key Inventory metrics including Total Inventory, Expiry, Excess and Obsolete
• Partners with Sales and Supply Planning to track opportunities to deplete non-productive inventory
• Owns Destruction Process
• Owns Vendor Reconciliation Process
• Oversees Product Master Data Governance
• Supports VP Integrated Business Planning in data preparation and collaboration to support inventory projections and analysis
• Leads Shelf-Life Review Process
• Manage 1 direct report, providing coaching on time management and communication and ensuring accuracy in data

• The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80,000.00 - $99,000.00 yearly. Compensation may vary depending on several factors
