Join Dandy, a leading dental technology company, as our Lab & Clinical Content Marketing Lead. You will be responsible for creating educational clinical content that teaches dentists new workflows, highlights treatments with case studies, and builds marketing materials. This role involves leading the creation of various content formats, including webinars, presentations, case studies, and short-form content for web, email, and social media. You will also lead the content for Dandy's quarterly Digital Summit. The ideal candidate possesses strong clinical fluency in restorative and removable treatments and proven experience in creating long-form educational content. This position requires excellent writing, editing, and interviewing skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in dental marketing, education, or clinical content creation
- Strong clinical fluency in restorative and removable treatments (e.g., crowns, bridges, implants, dentures)
- Proven ability to independently create long-form educational content and presentations
- Strong writing, editing, and interviewing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy
Responsibilities
- Ideate and create educational clinical content that teaches dentists new intraoral scanning and restorative treatment workflows
- Highlight treatments with clinical case studies featuring real patients
- Build marketing materials that grow the Dandy business
- Lead & create Dandyβs clinical content in a variety of formats including educational long-form in-person and online CE webinars & event presentations, long-form clinical case studies, and short-form web, email, and social media content
- Be the content lead for Dandyβs quarterly Digital Summit - which educates thousands of dentists on the latest treatments, digital workflows, and technologies in restorative and removable dentistry!
- Develop new ideas for clinical content that aligns with Dandy's business goals, target audiences, and brand voice
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Creative Team, Product Marketing, and Customer Marketing teams to execute campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
- Analyze the performance of content and adjust strategy as needed to increase effectiveness and alignment with business goals/OKRs
- Partner with subject matter experts, Dandy clinicians, and industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to develop impactful CE presentations that position Dandy as a thought leader in the dental industry
- Storyboarding, scripting, and crafting of compelling stories/presentations that highlight lab innovation and clinician success for webinars and events
- Identify, develop, and publish high-quality clinical case studies showcasing patient and business impact
- Manage intake process, interviews, copywriting, and visual packaging
- Boost awareness with creative and growth teams on paid social, email, sales, and account management
- Serve as the primary clinical voice across web, email, and landing page content
- Translate complex treatment workflows and lab innovation into clear, compelling copy
- Develop short-form copy for paid media, direct mail, and digital ads β always grounded in clinical accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in building detailed, long-form educational clinical marketing content
- Track record of building successful campaigns, educational presentations, and/or long-form content that drove audience engagement and business results
- Highly entrepreneurial with ability to ideate, create processes within organizations, and solve challenging problems in start-up like settings. (example: Build ways to find new case studies from Dandy dentists worth sharing with our community. Come up with new content ideas from scratch and work cross-functionally with growth marketing and our creative team to make them a reality)
- Comfort with fast iteration, testing, learning, and responding quickly to changing market signals
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to strike the right balance in all situations, from cross-functional working groups to dentist interviews and presentations
- Strong analytical skills, able to identify and act upon opportunities for content improvement, business goals, and impact
- Highly curious individual who is excited to learn about complex clinical ideas, treatment workflows, and new dental technologies. ( example: Crown and bridge materials, intraoral scanners, dental lab industry)
- Experience with digital content creation tools. (ie. Photoshop, Canva, Capcut, Premiere etc.)
