Requirements

  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • 3+ years leading sales teams responsible for SMB and Mid-Market cohorts
  • Experience with high velocity sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales acceleration tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Gong)
  • Experience with pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and driving outbound performance
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver measurable results
  • Proven ability to coach reps selling into SMB and mid-market accounts
  • Familiarity with sales frameworks like MEDDICC or BANT
  • Excellent communication skills and a values-driven leadership style

Responsibilities

  • Hire, onboard, build, and coach high velocity sales teams
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, sales coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy to drive growth and profitability
  • Identify and prioritize high-value customer segments and markets for acquisition
  • Develop, execute, and iteratively improve on an onboarding plan that makes sales team members productive in < 60 days, fully ramped in < 90 days
  • Evaluate and test new acquisition channels and strategies for scalability and ROI
  • Lead with integrity executing respectful transparency to ensure a healthy culture
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and goal-oriented team environment
  • Communicate with professionalism with leadership and throughout the company
  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality and conversion strategy, and with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff
  • Help optimize sales playbooks, talk tracks, and outbound strategies for high-volume deal cycles

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and management
  • Experience in SaaS Security sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
