Join Contentsquare as the North & Central Europe Sales Manager, spearheading initiatives in the SMB and Mid-Market sectors. Reporting to the Senior Regional VP, Mid Market Sales EMEA, you will manage a team of Account Executives, driving pipeline growth and exceeding targets. This role focuses on SMB and mid-market customers, requiring efficient work and adaptable sales strategies. You will coach the team, improve sales processes through data analysis, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of SaaS sales team management experience with quota-carrying responsibilities, fluency in German and English, and a self-motivated, adaptable personality. Requirements
- 2+ years of sales team management in SaaS, with quota-carrying responsibilities
- Fluency in German and English
- You can develop a deep knowledge of how our products work, allowing you to speak clearly to customers and communicate their needs to our team
- You are self-motivated, adaptable, and skilled in fostering growth for a team of account executives in a continually changing environment
- Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to an evolving sales teamโs strategy
Responsibilities
- Manage a team with a mix of hybrid and remote based Account Executives across DACH, Benelux, and the Nordics
- Coach the team to qualify inbound customers into the right motion and close
- Drive pipeline growth through outbound efforts
- Improve Sales performance by enhancing the team's processes and workflows based on data analysis
- Work with internal stakeholders (other Sales teams, Customer Success, Support, Presales, Marketing, Legal/Compliance) to ensure your team's and their customers' needs are met
- Identify underlying challenges related to systems, people, and processes to improve sales performance while also improving the buyer experience
- Identify opportunities to simplify and refine processes and reduce friction for buyers
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience focused on Mid-Market in Digital Experience or Product Analytics
- Experience of sales assisted product led growth motions
- You can speak Dutch
