Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years as a closing Account Executive within SaaS, IT, or B2B tech companies, ideally with CRM industry expertise
- New Business Development: Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and network effectively to generate and expand new business opportunities
- Entrepreneurial & Strategic: A proactive, innovative thinker capable of crafting and executing strategic sales plans
- Self-Driven: Highly autonomous and motivated, with a strong track record in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Customer-Centric & Resilient: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with the resilience to overcome challenges
- Growth Mindset: Demonstrates strong communication and influence skills, with a knack for inspiring teams and driving growth
Responsibilities
- Outreach & Pipeline Management: Build relationships with your existing rolodex and new prospects, and relentlessly manage follow-ups against quotas
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to boost product awareness, gather feedback, and refine sales strategies
- Customer Engagement: Share relevant use cases, identify key decision makers, and guide customers through implementation plans to drive adoption and conversion
- Content & Data Management: Create engaging content, refine sales scripts, and maintain accurate pipeline and account data in our in-house CRM
