Summary
Join Boulevard as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Data & Platform, and play a critical role in helping customers and their developers unlock the full potential of Boulevard’s data and platform. Partner with the Platform team to shape and elevate the developer experience, ensuring documentation, tutorials, messaging, and enablement meet the needs of engineers. Collaborate with the Data & Reporting team to position and grow adoption of analytics solutions, surfacing the business value of dashboards and direct data access. This role requires a strategic, technical product marketer who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success and can speak to both business and developer audiences. You will champion the customer, developer, and data experience; drive adoption of platform and data products; conduct customer and competitive research; translate technical features into real-world value; enable GTM teams and create high-impact content; and influence product strategy with customer insights. You will also operate with autonomy and deliver impact.
Requirements
- You have 6+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally with platform, API, or data product experience
- You can speak developer—docs, tutorials, technical messaging, etc
- You have experience with and can flex between marketing to SMB & enterprise customers
- You are skilled at translating complex tech into clear, compelling value for business and technical audiences
- You understand the product go-to-market lifecycle and adoption strategies
- You have excellent analytical thinking skills and excitement for digging into numbers
- You can think outside the box and use simple ways to explain complex functionality through verbal and written communication
- You are endlessly curious about customers and their needs
- You have a data-driven mindset and can help shape an understanding of product utilization
- You bring strong attention to detail and an innate pull towards delivering excellence
- You can manage multiple deliverables while maintaining consistent output and meeting timelines
- You’ve graduated with BA/BS degree
Responsibilities
- Champion the Customer, Developer & Data Experience: Own the go-to-market strategy for Boulevard’s developer platform and data products. Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure the developer experience—from docs and tutorials to messaging and onboarding flows—is clear, consistent, and effective. Help developers understand what’s possible, how to build it, and where to find what they need to be successful
- Drive Adoption of Platform & Data Products: Lead adoption and enablement strategies for our APIs, Snowflake Data Share, and data access tools, ensuring customers and their developers can build confidently and extract value from their data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ongoing usage, not just successful launches
- Conduct Customer & Competitive Research: Lead in-depth customer and competitive research to identify emerging market trends, pain points, and opportunities. Use these insights to refine product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies, ensuring Boulevard maintains a competitive edge and aligns with customer expectations
- Translate Technical Features into Real-World Value: Craft compelling, technically grounded messaging that speaks to both business leaders and developers. Clearly communicate the value of platform features—like identity, eventing, or custom booking flows—and data capabilities—like reporting, dashboards, and API access—in a way that aligns with customer goals and industry trends
- Enable GTM Teams & Create High-Impact Content: Build sales and success enablement materials that help teams communicate the power of Boulevard’s platform. Create content like API launch guides, technical one-pagers, competitive insights, onboarding assets, and co-marketing materials that resonate with mid-market and enterprise customers and their technical stakeholders
- Influence Product Strategy with Customer Insights: Act as the connective tissue between product teams and customers, especially those with in-house developers or advanced data needs. Use customer research, feedback loops, and market analysis to shape roadmap priorities and ensure we’re solving real problems with clarity and precision
- Operate with Autonomy & Deliver Impact: Take ownership of GTM execution across your portfolio, driving measurable business outcomes through smart positioning, clear storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration. Own your domain and deliver results that make an impact!

- Your total budgeted cash compensation for this role is between $140,140 and $200,200 USD, depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement
