The role requires 3+ years of experience in developing and executing digital campaigns and proficiency in A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques. Requirements
- 3+ years experience and track record in developing and executing digital campaigns
- Experience with collections management systems and customer segmentation strategies
- Proficiency in A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance collection effectiveness with customer experience
- Experience working with diverse, distributed teams across multiple countries
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute collections campaigns. Create and manage targeted collections campaigns, identify at-risk customer segments, and utilize various channels including SMS, in-app notifications, and social media to drive timely repayments
- Conduct A/B testing. Plan and execute tests to optimize collection strategies and campaign effectiveness. Analyze results to make data-driven decisions and improve collection rates
- Collaborate with our analysts to track and analyze campaign performance. Define core collection metrics and KPIs. Monitor campaign effectiveness, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights for improving collection rates
- Optimize collection journeys. Analyze customer data to identify barriers to payment and opportunities for improvement. Implement changes to collection workflows to increase payment rates
- Collaborate cross-functionally. Work with credit, product, commercial, customer care, and analytics teams to align collection strategies with business objectives. Use customer feedback and data to improve collection effectiveness
