Summary
Join PairSoft as the Manager of PMO, leading a team of Project Managers in providing exceptional support to internal teams and clients. You will develop repeatable processes, foster knowledge sharing, and collaborate with Professional Services Leadership. This key role also focuses on building Project Management skills and aligning processes and tools for success. The position is remote, with a salary range of $90,000-$115,000/year plus bonus. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree, PMP certification, and extensive experience in project management for SaaS solutions. PairSoft offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree in business, communication from an accredited college or university
- 7+ years of experience planning and managing projects for SaaS solutions for any ERP/CRM system
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with 3 years of experience in consulting with senior level, client leadership
- 3+ years of people management experience including recruitment, performance coaching and motivation management
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills as well as ability to explain complex technical and business concepts
- Self-Starter - ability to work autonomously, exercise independent judgment, use discretion, and keep his/her manager relevantly informed
- Spoken English Skills β must be completely fluent to receive and articulate complex concepts
- Written English Skills β can evidence strong writing and documentation skills via documentation of past technical projects and best practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Project Management tools
- Team Collaboration - Ability to collaborate with team members across multiple functions and to influence participation and work results
- Location β you must be physically located in ideally EST or possibly CST/MST/PST
- Remote Worker Experience β you have worked remotely before and are familiar with virtual collaboration tools
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability
- Establish clear performance objectives and regularly review progress through goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations
- Identify skill gaps and create tailored training and development plans for team members
- Design, implement, and document repeatable processes to improve the efficiency and consistency of service engagements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and standardize methodologies, best practices, and tools
- Monitor and refine processes to ensure continuous improvement and scalability
- Foster a learning culture by promoting knowledge sharing across the team and broader organization
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of technical expertise
- Work closely with Professional Services leadership to align team objectives with strategic priorities and client needs
- Facilitate seamless collaboration between Project Management and cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient delivery of services
- Manage directly a portfolio of projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project. Coordinate internal tasks and serve as an escalation point
- Act as a senior point of contact for escalations, providing strategic guidance and oversight as needed
- Represent the Project Management Office in client meetings, fostering trust and credibility
- Identify opportunities for service enhancement and client satisfaction improvements
- Anticipate the needs, risks, and finding the opportunities for success presented by projects
- Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare portfolio status reports
- Deliver value by guiding project teams and by creating effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and other internal team members (such as Cloud Ops, Sales, etc)
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification is highly desired
