Summary
Join Mozilla's Talent Acquisition team as a Manager of Recruiting Operations and lead a team focused on enhancing hiring processes. You will own recruiting systems and workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and partner with finance and HR. A key focus is leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and the candidate experience. You will need 8+ years of experience in recruiting operations and 3+ years of people management. The role requires expertise in ATS systems and translating data into actionable insights. Success in leading cross-functional projects is essential.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in recruiting operations, people operations, or talent systems roles, with 3+ years of direct people management experience
- Strong background in managing ATS systems and workflows (Greenhouse experience preferred)
- Experience translating recruiting data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Success leading cross-functional projects involving both technical systems and human processes
- A flexible, systems-oriented approach with the ability to zoom out strategically and zoom in tactically
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Recruiting Operations team, providing structure, coaching, and guidance
- Own our recruiting systems and workflows, including Greenhouse, Jira, and integrations with Workday, HireEZ, and AI-driven tools
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve core recruiting processes based on business needs
- Partner with finance and HR to build frameworks for headcount planning, prioritization, and TA capacity tracking
- Lead development of recruiting dashboards and reporting in collaboration with data and people analytics partners
- Build playbooks and enablement resources that enhance the recruiting experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
- Apply AI and automation solutions to drive greater efficiency and reduce manual overhead in recruiting operations
- Operate with agility, balancing immediate business needs with ongoing process improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mid-market or global environments undergoing transformation
- Familiarity with compensation workflows, headcount forecasting, and talent analytics
