Summary
Join Lattice's Revenue Operations team as a Revenue Operations Pro supporting the Customer organization. Lead the operational and analytical backbone for post-sale revenue initiatives, driving insights and execution across customer retention, expansion, and long-term growth. This role reports to the Customer Strategy, Programs & Operations leader and owns Revenue Operations within the Customer organization. You will partner with Sales, Finance, CX, and Operations leaders. The position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements
- 3-5 years in GTM Operations or Strategy (Sales, Marketing, Customer)
- 1+ years SFDC experience
- You are highly capable of translating complex concepts and analysis to technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of the organization
- Experience in key GTM strategies, such as Outbound efficiency and optimizations, Account-Based strategy, Territory planning, and familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc
- Strong analytical skills, master in Excel, familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, and Tableau
- Strong organization and communication skills - proven track record of working with cross-functional partners and maintaining a high bar for Project Management
- Strong experience in GTM operations technologies (SFDC, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clearbit, Zoominfo, Clari)
Responsibilities
- Own customer revenue forecasting for retention and expansion, partnering closely with Finance and CS leadership
- Drive expansion pipeline by building and maintaining performance dashboards, monitoring performance + market trends, and optimizing internal revenue-generating processes
- Drive annual planning across headcount, revenue targets, and customer capacity modeling
- Design compensation plans for post-sales teams, including strategy, structure, and performance analysis
- Optimize systems and processes to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Finance, and Sales Ops to align strategy and execution
- Drive high-performing teams through establishing and monitoring KPIs and key business metrics on a weekly basis
