Summary

Join SimSpace as a Manager, Sales Revenue Operations and play a critical role in aligning sales strategy, technology, and execution. You will serve as the operational backbone of the sales organization, owning systems, processes, and data that drive revenue and support scalable growth. Responsibilities include forecasting and analysis, performance monitoring, team leadership and culture building, process optimization, and client relationship oversight. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations, 3+ years in a management role, and 2+ years of experience with CRM platforms and sales forecasting tools. The position is full-time and on-site at our Boston headquarters, requiring U.S. citizenship. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations
  • 3+ years in a management or leadership role within a sales organization
  • 2+ years of experience with CRM platforms and sales forecasting tools
  • U.S. citizenship as required by our existing U.S. Government contracts
  • Advanced CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Expertise in building and refining sales forecasts
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using performance metrics and dashboards
  • Proven ability to optimize sales processes and technologies
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving measurable improvements in sales performance
  • Experience leading performance reviews and coaching sales teams
  • Ability to translate sales strategy into executable plans with clear outcomes
  • History of building or improving client management practices that support growth and retention

Responsibilities

  • Analyze historical data, market trends, and campaign performance to build reliable revenue forecasts
  • Partner with sales and marketing to align projections with upcoming promotions or shifts in market conditions
  • Track team performance against goals, identify trends or areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights and coaching to elevate results
  • Lead regular team meetings, provide ongoing coaching, and build a collaborative sales culture focused on accountability, learning, and continuous improvement
  • Identify and remove process bottlenecks
  • Improve workflow efficiency through better use of sales tools and CRMs
  • Create and enforce standard operating procedures that ensure data accuracy and streamlined operations
  • Oversee client account management within the CRM, ensuring consistent, personalized communication
  • Support sales reps in delivering a top-tier client experience that drives retention and growth
