Summary

Join ZipRecruiter as the Manager of Revenue Operations to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of the go-to-market (GTM) technology stack. This role will centrally manage systems empowering Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is a technology-savvy leader who understands GTM department needs and is passionate about innovation. You will translate business requirements into a cohesive tech stack, focusing on integrating cutting-edge AI solutions for efficiency and automation. This pivotal role ensures ZipRecruiter stays ahead of the technological curve to maximize revenue potential. You will own the GTM tech stack roadmap, lead a team of specialists, and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM technology management roles
  • 4+ years of people management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing a B2B go-to-market technology stack
  • Strong understanding of AI applications in GTM workflows (e.g., predictive analytics, personalization, engagement tools)
  • Familiarity with GTM tools, including: CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) Sales engagement & enrichment (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo) Conversation intelligence (Gong, Salesloft)

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the roadmap for our GTM tech stack, with a focus on integrating AI solutions that create a competitive edge
  • Lead and develop a team of GTM technology specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Partner with GTM stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and use cases, including for AI-powered tools
  • Research and evaluate AI and GTM vendors, lead proof-of-concepts, and manage tool selection, implementation, and contracts
  • Identify opportunities to automate sales, marketing, and CS workflows (e.g., lead scoring, forecasting, conversation intelligence)
  • Ensure seamless integration and data flow across platforms to support a unified customer journey and GTM alignment
  • Optimize existing tech stack performance, user adoption, and return on investment
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to support data infrastructure and governance for reporting and forecasting
  • Develop training and enablement programs to ensure GTM teams fully utilize the tech stack and AI capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or partnering closely with Marketing Operations teams
  • Familiarity with data governance best practices, including maintaining data quality and consistency across systems
  • Hands-on experience with AI-native tools or embedded AI features in platforms like Salesforce Einstein, 6sense, or Gong
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that align Sales, CS, and Marketing workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn business needs into technical solutions
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
