Summary

Join Spreedly as the Manager, Solutions Consulting, where you will lead a team of Solutions Consultants and Technical Account Managers. You will deliver high-impact pre-sales engagements, build a high-impact team, and partner with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering. Responsibilities include developing scalable enablement programs, leading technical discovery sessions, delivering demos, translating requirements into implementation plans, and partnering with AEs to guide strategic conversations. You will also maintain Spreedly’s demo environment, collaborate cross-functionally, lead solutioning processes, track team performance, and serve as a technical lead for RFPs. This role requires 5+ years of experience in a relevant role within a B2B SaaS or fintech environment, proven experience leading technical pre-sales teams, and strong knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and system integration principles. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and strategic leader who thrives in dynamic environments and prioritizes customer impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Manager role within a B2B SaaS or fintech environment
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, or mentoring technical pre-sales teams in a fast-paced or startup environment
  • Background in value selling, consultative discovery, or technical storytelling
  • Comfortable owning demos, ROI narratives, and stakeholder mapping in enterprise sales cycles
  • Demonstrated experience building pre-sales collateral, enablement content, or sales training programs
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and system integration principles (especially REST and webhooks)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creation of technical documentation
  • Ability to simplify complex architectures and influence decision-makers

Responsibilities

  • Coach and lead a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants and Technical Account Managers, ensuring consistency in discovery, technical storytelling, and customer engagement
  • Develop scalable enablement programs and pre-sales playbooks that strengthen field readiness, improve sales velocity, and reinforce Spreedly’s value proposition
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects and customers to uncover needs and align use cases to Spreedly's capabilities
  • Deliver business-driven demos and solution narratives that connect technical features to outcomes for commercial and enterprise buyers
  • Translate technical and business requirements into implementation plans and reusable solution architectures
  • Partner with AEs to guide strategic conversations, articulate ROI, and influence buyer decision-making through value-selling frameworks
  • Maintain and continuously improve Spreedly’s demo environment, technical artifacts, and objection handling materials
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate solutioning insights into product feedback loops, roadmap inputs, and onboarding
  • Lead and iterate scalable solutioning processes, templates, and best practices
  • Track team performance and solutioning impact via technical win rates, asset reuse, and time-to-value metrics
  • Serve as a technical lead for RFPs, compliance reviews, and enterprise evaluations
  • Educate internal stakeholders on value-based solution design and customer outcome alignment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience launching or maintaining demo environments and sales toolkits
  • Background in GTM or Sales Enablement programs across CS or Solutions
  • Contributions to onboarding or continuous learning programs for technical teams
  • Experience with implementation or support functions is a plus
