Responsibilities
- Define and uphold editorial standards and guidelines that reflect both brand voice and EMEA regional nuance
- Own the EMEA content calendar across core verticals such as cybersecurity, SaaS, MarTech, AI, and cloud computing
- Identify content gaps and strategic opportunities based on market trends, keyword insights, and audience demand
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a growing bench of freelance writers, editors, and subject matter experts across EMEA
- Assign work, provide editorial feedback, and coach contributors to deliver consistently high-quality content
- Edit and QA all EMEA-aligned content for clarity, tone, structure, technical accuracy, SEO, and style
- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and regional standards, including UK/EU spelling, sourcing practices, and cultural context
- Join client and sales calls as an editorial representative to help scope and shape branded content initiatives
- Collaborate with commercial teams to align editorial direction with demand generation goals and partner priorities
- Work with SEO, analytics, and digital teams to monitor content performance and optimize for engagement and lead generation
