Market Access Associate

Summary

Join One Acre Fund's Kenya Tupande team as a Market Access Associate and lead innovation and growth across markets to maximize impact for smallholder farmers. This remote position, based in Nairobi with required field travel, involves leading strategic projects, managing a team of 2-3 staff members, and building external partnerships. You will directly improve results, advise leadership, and contribute to organizational culture. Requirements

• 4+ years of working experience with 3+ years of strategy or management consulting experience
• A background in managing complex projects and coordinating across multiple teams in a fast-growing organization, and a propensity for innovation
• Experience working in a fast paced, results-oriented work environment
• Experience building and maintaining simple to complex spreadsheets (can perform complex functions)
• A Bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement for this role
• Fluency in English with an ability to work in rural environments

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects: You will lead and implement high priority market access projects needed to achieve Tupande's vision for farmer impact
• Team management: You will also spend time supporting your direct reports on their professional development and daily work
• External relationship management : With support from your manager you will build strategic partnerships with industry players to grow market access opportunities
