Market Access Manager

Join us in our mission to make the impossible possible and work with the Global Head to develop and implement Insightec’s EMEA Market Access Plan for current and upcoming indications, developing national and local pricing and reimbursement action plans, leading HTA / pricing and reimbursement submissions, and more.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical reimbursement and health policy, ideally in several countries
• Good understanding of health economics
• Experience working with KOLs, governments, public bodies, and private payers
• Apply business and corporate ethical standards
• Multitask and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
• Proven ability to manage different projects in parallel
• Perform due diligence; assess and interpret HTA and pricing and reimbursement requirements and their impact
• Understanding of national and local health care policies
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing (English)
• Ability to analyze information and assess risk potential
• Minimum M.Sc. or M.A. degree in a scientific or technical discipline
• Perfect command of English and fluency in at least one other European country

Responsibilities

• Work with the Global Head to further develop and implement Insightec’s EMEA Market Access Plan for current and upcoming indications
• Develop and implement robust national and local pricing and reimbursement action plans in relevant countries with a focus on Eastern European countries in collaboration with other functions, incl. commercial, medical affairs, clinical applications
• Lead, review, and approve all Health Technology Assessment (HTA) / pricing and reimbursement submissions, in line with global strategy and best methodological practice in relevant EMEA countries with a focus on Eastern European countries
