Market Assistant

Summary

Join Beam, Asia Pacific’s largest shared micromobility company, as an Assistant to Public Policy, Operations, and Business Development. This role will support municipal research, business registrations, operations research, and scheduling meetings for US operations and public policy. You will also assist with municipal communications, marketing materials, and general support to achieve business objectives. The position requires proficiency in English communication, internet research, and Google Suite. Requirements

• Ability to work during US working hours
• Ability to communicate verbally and via email in English
• Able to assist with municipal research via the internet
• Computer Proficient
• Understanding of Google Suite of programs including Google Calendars, Gmail, google slides, and google pages

Responsibilities

• Assist with municipal research
• Handle municipal business registrations
• Conduct operations research
• Set up pertinent meetings for US operations and Public Policy
• Assist with municipal communications
• Manage collateral marketing materials
• Provide overall assistance to Ops and Public Policy to achieve business objectives
