Requirements
- Have previous experience in administrative support, marketing, or a similar role
- Possess strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Have excellent writing and proofreading skills for supporting blog writing
- Be tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to changing priorities
- Have fluent English communication skills, verbal and written
- Have fast typing skills with a typing speed of 80+ WPM
- Be adaptive and dynamic, with the ability to handle a varied and fast-paced workload
- Be creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions and meeting goals
Responsibilities
- Update spreadsheets and data in Trello and Google Sheets, ensuring tasks are tracked and deliverables are met with great attention to detail
- Use Canva to create featured images and graphics for articles, requiring a solid design eye to produce visually appealing content
- Manage WordPress sites for clients, including tracking requests, implementing changes (e.g., title/copy updates), and maintaining accuracy
- Manage email and calendar scheduling, book reservations, and handle logistical tasks such as phone call follow-ups
- Assist with light blog writing and proofreading, demonstrating excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- Handle a dynamic workload where no two days are alike, showcasing flexibility and initiative to meet evolving priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Have proficiency in graphic design using Canva
- Have familiarity with WordPress and SEO
- Have experience with SEO tools and strategies for improving website performance
